Meet local author Laura Gehl as she reads her book Who Is a Scientist?. This book introduces readers ages 4-9 to fourteen scientists in a variety of disciplines---from meteorology and mechanical engineering to paleontology and agroecology. The men and women profiled come from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and love to do the things that we all like to do -- dance, play soccer, eat French fries, and listen to music.
