Wondering what to do this winter break? The Children's Science Center Lab is open EVERYDAY except Christmas! Come enjoy the festive Winter Wonder Lab, embark on an Arctic animal expedition, create an animated story with stop motion in the Tinker Shop, and put your slime to the test at the Experiment Bar Slime Factory. And don't forget to say hello to our animal ambassadors!

🪩 Ring in the new year—without staying up 'til midnight! 🪩‍

Wednesday December 31 • 10am, 1pm, 3:30 pm

Come ring in 2026 in STEM style, and enjoy all the fun of New Year's Eve without staying up late! Create your own creative, crafty 2026 headband, make some noise for the new year and build your own percussion instrument, stir up some sparkly celebration slime, and count down to "midnight" as we drop the ball and toast to 2026 at the end of each session! 🥂

Join us during our Winter Wonder Lab, featuring wintry decorations and special activities all season long! Embark on an arctic animal expedition, create an animated story with stop motion in the Tinker Shop, and put your slime to the test at the Experiment Bar Slime Factory. If you catch the pop-up Home, Sweet Home event in the Bio Zone, you'll learn how animals stay cozy in their habitats all winter...and then design your own!
