Mindfulness is an increasingly popular approach for parents, guardians, and schools to allow students to experience calm, positivity, and presence. Learn from Dori Kelner, a mindfulness practitioner and yoga teacher, to explore the benefits of mindfulness through fun exercises in breathing, movement, and kindness.
This program is designed for children from kindergarten through grade 5 and their parents or guardians and is included with general admission to the Lab.
